Imran Khan Niazi, one of the greatest cricketers of all time, played for Pakistan and won the world cup in 1992. He is well known for being the greatest all-rounder ever to play the game. He also became a entrepreneur and started a foundation for his mother who died of Cancer, Shakut Khanum Cancer memorial. Imran Khan had a great passion for his country Pakistan. He later in his life became a politician and attempted to become the Prime minister of Pakistan. He failed but later in his life, he tried again and succeeded. Imran Khan truly is noble in many ways.

Many cricketers looked up to Imran Khan as their idol, especially Pakistani cricketers, Imran Khan of course is one of the best cricketers to emerge from Pakistan. Though, many cricketers from other countries have also looked up to him as their idol, peer, teammate, friend but mostly people knew him as a GOAT. "Greatest of all Time" Imran Khan has gone through many hardships and struggles in life. Imran came from a well-off family they were not the richest, but they certainly were not poor, his heritage came from a small tribe named the Niazi Pashtun tribe, which is well settled in Mianwali northern Punjab. Though his family lived in Lahore and Islamabad. Imran Khans family was an excessively big family that had spread their roots in India and Pakistan.

Imran Khan had grand expectations from his family as the only son, many families were very closed minded and thought of it that the son should be a remarkably successful and intelligent child. Women back then were expected to stay at home and do chores.  Khan didn’t like these narrow-minded thoughts, he met many women all over the world who were screen directors, authors, doctors, actors etc. And so he found these qualities in he’s wife Jemima Goldsworth.  Imran Khans life is one of those which they have many things to be proud of, he was an amazing cricketer, a kind fundraiser, and a strong prime minister.  Imran Khan’s career began in sports. To this day he remains most vividly in public memory as a cricketer and the captain who led the Pakistan team to victory at the 1992 Cricket World Cup.

Imran Khan won the heart and trust of the nation as a cricketer and philanthropist. He founded the Imran Khan Cancer Appeal (IKCA) and Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital. Today, Imran Khan’s cancer hospital in Lahore is seeing its 25th year.  ‘When I first started raising funds for the hospital in 1989, experts and critics believed providing free treatment in a cancer hospital was not feasible in any part of the world.

Imran Khan overall is an amazing man with many careers, dreams, idols and even hopes for his home country that he would risk his life for Pakistan.
